Missing item from shipment?
Delivery is guaranteed for instock items. If your order gets to you in poor condition, or not at all, it's not your problem, it's ours. Please contact us by submitting a help desk request here. Let us know what the problem is and we'll take care of it! You can also click on the HELP button from our store page to start a chat with us. If we're not online then, it will leave us a message. Please remember to include your order number. You will have 30 days to report a damaged or missing item to be considered for a return, replacement, or refund.
