Delivery is guaranteed for instock items. If your order gets to you in poor condition, or not at all, it's not your problem, it's ours. Please contact us by submitting a help desk request here. Let us know what the problem is and we'll take care of it! You will have 30 days to report a damaged or missing item to be considered for a return, replacement, or refund.
