How do I return an item? Follow

I am sorry you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. F+W Media returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase. Due to the digital nature of the eBooks, MP4, Streaming videos, and other downloadable products, these items will not be eligible for a refund. The only exceptions will include defective files or duplicated orders. Here is a link for more information on our return policy:

How do I return an item?

Before returning an item, please complete our Customer Service form and inform us of the situation.

Be sure to include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with your return to ensure proper credit is given. If you have questions regarding a return, our customer service team is happy to assist you.


You will receive a full refund (minus shipping) only if we receive the item in new, and resalable condition.
