What is the status of my order?
When your order ships you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from CUSTOMERSERVICE@FWMEDIA.COM detailing your shipment(s). Items may ship from multiple warehouses, so you may receive multiple emails and your order may arrive in multiple packages. If your order includes tracking, you may track your order using the Tracking Number provided in your account dashboard.
Orders placed as a guest will not be on your account dashboard. Please contact us via chat or email for your tracking number.
