What is your refund return policy?
F+W Media returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase.
Additionally, customers will have 30 days to report a damaged or missing item to be considered for a return, replacement or refund. The Return Merchandise Authorization Form must be completed in its entirety and included in the box with the returned merchandise. Refunds cannot be processed without the supporting paperwork.
Due to the digital nature of the eBooks, MP4, Streaming videos, and other downloadable products, these items will not be eligible for a refund. The only exceptions will include defective files or duplicated orders.
All refunds for subscriptions must be made within 14 days of the original charge. No partial or pro-rated refunds are to be given on subscriptions.
