How do I access my video/TV subscription? Follow

The instructions below are for the following sites: 

To access your video/TV subscription:

1) Click on Sign In at the top right corner.
2) Sign in with your email and password.
3) Click on My Content at the top right corner.
4) In drop down select My Workshops
5) Click Go To Subscription link to the far right of the course title.

If nothing happens, verify that your pop-up blocker is off.

 ***Our video/TV subscriptions are not downloadable and must be accessed via streaming while logged into your account. You can watch as many videos as you like while your subscription is active.

You will have to allow pop ups on our website from your web browser. Many web browsers will display a small notification at the top of the page that reads popup blocked upon clicking Go to Course. Click on this notification to enable popups on our site. This will allow you to view the course.

If you do not see this notification, you simply have to navigate to your web browser's settings and disable your popup blocker there, or choose to allow popups on our site.

For courses on Apple mobile devices, such as iPad and iPhone, go into iPhone settings -> safari -> block popups and turn it off.
Then when you click on Go to Course from your device's internet browser app, you will be asked to allow popups for this site. Choose yes, and you should be good to go.

For courses on Android devices, you will be prompted to allow popups upon tapping "Go to Course." Tap to allow popups on our site.***
