Webinar Assistance

All of our webinars are live online educational presentations, during which participating viewers can submit questions and comments via a live chat room.

Once you have purchased the webinar, you'll need to register on GoToWebinar - The instructions will be included in your order confirmation email. If you did not receive your confirmation email you can find the GoToWebinar link in your store account or dashboard.

  1. Log in with your email and password
  2. Click on My Orders
  3. Click View Order
  4. Under Special Instructions, there will be the link to register for your webinar


Even if you cannot participate at the designated time of the live event, 7-10 business days following the webinar, a link to the video recording will be emailed to all registered customers. You must keep this email in order to access the recording. Please note the link is valid for 1 year.
