To request magazines or a door prize for your genealogy conference or class, please email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
• Name and date of the event
• expected number of attendees
• your name, phone number and email address
• the name and address for shipping materials (no PO boxes, please).
Note that we have a limited number of magazines and/or door prizes available to donate to genealogy events. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific back issues or door prize items. We fulfill requests on the last Friday of each month (although this schedule is subject to change), so please allow sufficient time when making your request. We can't be responsible for shipping delays or damage to shipped items.
