How do I access/download Video Downloads on my iPad/iPhone? Follow

Apple doesn't allow videos to be save directly to an iPad or iPhone. You can use iTunes to sync a saved file from a computer to your device. We also recommend a third party app called Documents by Readdle. We don't own that app, nor support it. Please download it from the App Store.

 

Using iTunes:

Using Documents by Readdle:

Download and install the Documents by Readdle app from the App Store.

iPad instructions

  1. Sign into your store account
  2. Tap on My Downloadable Products
  3. Press and hold on the colored link for the video you want to download
  4. Tap Copy
  5. Close your browser window
  6. Open the Documents by Readdle app
  7. Tap the word Browser on the left side
  8. Press and hold in the GO TO THIS ADDRESS bar at the top
  9. Tap PASTE
  10. Tap the blue GO button
  11. Slide the blue line on the right all the way beyond the MP4
  12. Tap Done
  13. When it is finished downloading, it will be in the Downloads folder

It is now downloading the file. Wait for it to finish.

In the upper left corner of the iPad, you’ll see the WiFi or data connection icon. Next to it is the spinning circle. When it is done spinning, the video has

 iPhone instructions:

  1. Sign into your store account
  2. Go to My Downloadable Products
  3. Press and hold the link for the video
  4. Tap Copy
  5. Open the Documents by Readdle app
  6. Slide the round blue icon, at the bottom of the app, to the left
  7. Press and hold in the GO TO THIS ADDRESS bar at the top
  8. Tap PASTE
  9. Tap the blue GO button
  10. Slide the blue line on the right all the way beyond the MP4
  11. Tap Done
  12. When it is finished downloading, it will be in the Downloads folder

It is now downloading the file. Wait for it to finish.
